The following terms and conditions of sale apply to all offers and sales of products on this website www.mesmo.eu. The products on www.mesmo.eu are sold directly by Mesmo.
Definitions
Mesmo, based in Rotterdam, Chamber of Commerce number 71942785, is referred to in these terms as the “seller”.
The other party of the seller is referred to as the “buyer” or “you”.
“Parties” refers to the seller and the buyer together.
The “agreement” refers to the purchase agreement between the parties.
Business Policy
The seller offers products and services on www.mesmo.eu exclusively to end users, the buyer. A “buyer” is any natural person not acting in the course of a trade, business, or profession.
If you are not a buyer, do not create an account or purchase products on www.mesmo.eu.
The seller reserves the right not to process orders from individuals who are not buyers or who do not comply with this policy. The seller may refuse to process an order or provide services at any time. An order may also be refused if payment cannot be verified or if delivery is not possible due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control.
During launches and promotions, delays in processing and shipping may occur. Orders placed separately will be shipped and invoiced separately.
These terms apply to all offers, agreements, and deliveries of products and services by or on behalf of the seller.
These terms do not apply to services or products provided by third parties through (hyper)links or banners on www.mesmo.eu. The seller recommends reviewing third-party terms carefully. The seller has no control over third parties and cannot be held liable for their actions.
Any deviations from these terms are only valid if agreed in writing between the seller and the buyer.
Prices and Currency
All prices on www.mesmo.eu are in euros. This also applies to payments and refunds. Differences may occur due to exchange rate fluctuations.
Placing an Order
To complete an order, you must agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.
Pre-Orders
The seller may offer pre-orders. This means you reserve a product that will be shipped once it becomes available.
Payment Methods
The seller currently accepts PayPal, iDEAL, Apple Pay, and credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, and American Express).
Order Acceptance
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This does not constitute acceptance of your order.
Your order is only accepted once you receive a shipping confirmation by email.
Orders are typically processed on the next business day, provided payment has been received and the product is in stock. Once your order has been shipped, you can no longer change the delivery address or cancel the order.
Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order as long as it has not yet been shipped.
The seller may cancel an order at any time, for example if:
- you do not comply with the business policy
- payment cannot be obtained
- delivery is not possible
- the product is unavailable
You will be informed by email. If payment has already been made, you will receive a refund.
In the case of pricing errors, the seller may cancel the order. You will be informed and refunded.
Shipping
The seller ships via DHL, UPS, or PostNL.
Orders are typically processed on the next business day, provided:
- payment has been received
- the product is in stock
Delays may occur due to:
- promotions or launches
- stock issues
- external factors such as weather or customs
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified or cancelled.
You will receive a tracking number by email or SMS.
Package Insurance
All packages are insured against damage, loss, and theft until delivery.
After acceptance and signature, responsibility transfers to you.
Do not accept damaged or opened packages. In such cases, contact info@mesmo.eu.
Delivery Time & Shipping Costs
Orders placed before 18:00 hours (GMT+1):
Netherlands and Belgium: 1 business day
European Union: 1–2 business days
Outside the European Union: 2–4 business days*
*Import duties and taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Returns and Exchanges
You have 30 days to return or exchange your order.
The product must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- in original condition
- not altered or damaged
- with all tags attached
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless stated otherwise.

- Enter your order number and email address
- Select the item(s) you wish to exchange or return
- Provide a reason

Refunds
Refunds are processed within a maximum of 3 business days after approval. The time of arrival depends on your payment provider.
Ownership
Ownership of the product transfers to you upon full payment and delivery.
Disputes
All disputes will be submitted to the competent court of Rotterdam.

At Mesmo, we stand by the durability and quality of our products. Our lifetime repair guarantee ensures that your items are protected under the following conditions:
Proper Use
The guarantee covers normal wear and tear from everyday use. Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or accidents is not covered.
Craftsmanship and Materials
If a defect arises due to our craftsmanship or materials, we will repair the item at no cost to you.
Repair First Approach
We prioritize repair. In the rare case that a product cannot be repaired, we may offer a replacement of the same or similar item.
Non-Covered Situations
Damage resulting from improper care, modifications, or unauthorized repairs is not covered under this guarantee.
Proof of Purchase
A valid proof of purchase may be required to process a repair request.
